It fit my 05 Xterra and is working great.

Will the fuel pump cause the check engine soon light to stay on?

A faulty fuel pump could cause the check engine light to stay illuminated.

Any issues with this fuel pump ? I want it for a nissan pathfinder

It was defective. I didn't return it because it had been installed and would not have been possible to return it. Also caused damage to my EFI relay so ended up costing $$$. Buy a know brand ( Delphi...)

Only lasted 2 weeks

Pump worked great, for 2 weeks. Engine just cranked and cranked but wouldn't turn over, checked and want getting hardly any pressure from the pump. Ended up swapping the original back in and just living with the level sensor not working.

So take this review into consideration before you buy! I bought this pump bc I thought it was a good deal. I did some shopping before I found this. And I have bought other items from here too and seemed to be decent, so I thought it would work out for me. Well I was definitely wrong! The pump didnt even last a whole day! I dropped it off at a local mechanic shop thinking it was something else wrong. Nope the mechanic said that the internal fuel line were collapsing under pressure. I desperately wanted my money back from a1auto, but only offered a replacement. With what I spent in labor it would not be worth the hassle. Honestly I would have been happy if this pump lasted a whole year at least!!! So save ur self the hassle and buy something local where u dont have to deal with this. Hope this helps.

I bought this for one of my customers that couldnt spend dealership prices and for the first day it was perfect but than completely failed the next. The customer couldnt wait for another one to be shipped so we purchased one from the parts retailer and it has been working perfect. Do not buy. This is clearly not built with quality and is a waste of $80.

I only bought the pump assembly because the gas gage stopped working. The car was flawless otherwise. Now, after proper installation a week ago (everything went smoothly), the car runs fine but after I drive a few miles then park it, the engine will crank perfectly but it wont start again until it has adequate time to cool down. Ive had a Nissan service tech and another mechanic advise me that they think the pump has just enough heat in it after it stops spinning that it seizes until it cools. I just dropped the tank again to make sure nothing was pinched, changed out the vent switch on the charcoal canister, checked fuses and swapped relays and no change.

It was an exact fit. Much higher quality and half price as local auto parts. The wait was worth it!

Not a good deal

We put this fuel pump in and it only worked for one day and we had to go get another one at the parts store . I do not recommend buying one if these

i bought this pump after installing the pump was at eased but a week later stranded on the highway come to find out the brand new pump i installed was bad !!!! i had to buy a new pump again at my local parts store i shall not call the name of the parts store.plz !! anyone reading this message dont buy this brand name parts ( garbage )
