Is this e85 compatible ?

These injectors themselves are compatible with E85 fuel, however other parts of your fuel system may not be and may require upgrade & proper tuning.

is the flow rate the same as stock? the stock injectors are 310, however when i put these in the car is running rich

Yes, the stock injectors will run rich. If they are not genuine Honda injectors, you will run some problems.
