My New Favorite Parts Supplier
Ordered a new blower motor resistor for my 09 F-150 Lariat XLT 4x4. First time to use this site instead of my usual discount auto parts supplier.
Pros:
1. Correct part was received and appeared to be of high quality.
2. Part was packaged extremely well. Plenty of bubble protection. Absolutely no damage to part.
3. Part arrived quicker than expected. Huge Plus.
4. Price was "less" than competitor I normally use. Big Plus.

Cons: My one and only complaint is navigating the website. You really need to know your keywords or the exact part number. After a little tweaking of keyword I was able to finally find my part. My prior suppliers website was much easier to navigate, however, this was just a minor issue.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my overall experience using 1A-Auto. Great value, excellent packaging, and most importantly to me was the timely delivery of my item. Thank You 1A-Auto, you earned this customer.

Part was made in china did not last long.
Replaced part worked for few seconds then failed again. Taking vehicle in for service.

Unit Bad
Does not work for my 2013 F150 with dual climate control. I went from a fan that worked on High Speed only to no fan at all. Had to put the old one back in. The connector pins aren’t quite lined up to the connector as well. Made in China
