Yes it has a Fuel Filter, for my 2009 Dodge the fuel pump is located under driver side rear passenger seat, while the fuel filter is located under the passenger side rear seat. The seat diagonally across from driver seat.
I hope this is the same set up for your 2007. The parts from 1A are awesome and fits like stock just better price.
Pro tip: when replacing do not have a full tank of gas because it will spill over and replace on level ground. There are also online YouTube videos showing how to replace fuel filter, feel free to use to your advantage.
