In this video, we're going to show you how to replace a switch pack on this 2012 Chevy Traverse. The only tools you're going to need include a flat blade screwdriver and a 90 degree pick.
Using your 90 degree pick tool, stick it into the slot underneath the panel in your pull handle and it'll pull right out. Then, using a flat blade screwdriver, push up on the tab on your switch panel and pry the switch panel up.
Using a flat blade screwdriver, pry up the white clip on this harness, push the tab, and pull the harness free. Push the tab on the next two harnesses and pull them free. Using a flat blade screwdriver, pry out the tabs on either side of the switch pack, and pull the switch pack out.
Take your new switch pack, push it into place, and then reconnect your harnesses. Replace that white clip on the last harness. Then push your switch panel back down into place and replace your panel behind the door pole handle.
