Yes, the housing/reflector base is included. The whole unit is there except for the bulbs and sockets. The sockets are part of the vehicle's wiring harness and fasten into the reflector from the back with a push in and twist motion. I had to clean up some casting flash from these openings with a razor knife to get the sockets to fit properly but it was a quick, easy, and fairly obvious adjustment. Overall the product quality is excellent with perfect fit aside from the socket mounts and even comes with new mounting screws.
