Good parts kit really good price good quality better than Dorman would have double the cost going to the local parts store for the cheap Dorman stuff definitely recommend only complaint is that I had grind down the door roller pins to fit and fast shipping

Almost perfect
Pieces were all there as advertised. Four stars as I didn't realize it didn't come with the split washers you need to for the pin ends once installed. . .not sure why they would not be part of the kit. In short, this did not save me from having to drive to the auto parts store, which is kind of the point of ordering online. Other than that, the parts all seem OED spec and well made.

I installed the hinge pin kit on my 96 Z-71. My drivers door was sagging and very difficult to close. This is a fairly easy install, other than balancing the door without it being attached. This kit works great, the only reason Im not giving a 4 star is because I had to modify the roller pin. The shaft section that seats the pin was too large. When compared to the one I removed it was about 1.5 mm larger and rather than drill out the hole, I chose to grind the pin down to fit. The kit has been installed for approx 3 weeks and works great.

Everything fit correctly except the pin that allowed the spring to lock into place was larger than original and would not seat into place . Not sure if that part was not up to specs or what the issue was

once i got it in it worked great, i had to grind down part of the pins so they would fit as they should. they should also include some clips on them so the 4 pins dont slip out

Everything was fine and as ordered. Usually is with 1A Auto in my experience. I will say that the two door hinge pins (the silver ones) were a bear to get started and I am going to have to slightly enlarge the hole. I tried for an hour to get one in and no matter what I did, to include greasing them would ever get them started in the hole. When I say that I mean the majority of the pin went through the first hole (bottom) but the area with the splines would not fit in the hole.

New bushings fit top hinge perfectly. Bushings are too large and do not fit lower hinges. Door hinge rollers are too large to fit in factory opening.

It comes with e clips for the door rollers, but the door pins themselves don’t require pins they’re knurled at the top to hold in place.

What are the bushings made of ?

Seems to be a soft bronze alloy. . .They are very brittle not matter who you buy them from so be very gentle as you install them.
