BEWARE
BEWARE...Read reviews on OTHER sites about the bearing/seal as one unit and you will see far less than 5 stars. I destroyed the first bearing trying to properly install it. The second bearing I beat on for two hours then retrieved a Sledgehammer to get it 98 percent in the axle. Tomorrow I hope to reinstall /replace it with NEW bearings which will also remove the high pitch whine from the bearing. I wasted $55 or so and a full day when this job should have taken less than an hour. Other sites report issues almost identical to mine. Thanks for reading.

Is this a bearing and seal together?

Yes it is and it moves the seal to a fresh position to accommodate for worn axle. A great design.

Which way do they go in? Spring pointed in towards the differential? Or spring pointed out towards the wheel?

Youll need a sledge hammer to install these bearings!!! Wont you?

2 or 3 lbs hammer is all ,start with a deadblow hammer first so you don't mess up the bearing
