Hi, I'm Don from 1A Auto. I hope this how-to video helps you out, and next time you need parts for your vehicle, think of 1AAuto.com. Thanks.
In this video, we're going to show you how to replace the side mirrors on this 2003 Nissan Altima. It's the same process on these vehicles from 2002 to 2006. The items you'll need for this are new side mirrors from 1AAuto.com, a flat-blade screwdriver and a 10mm socket and ratchet.
Start off by prying off this triangular panel at the top of your door panel. You can see the mirror's held in with three 10mm nuts. With the harness, right here, you just want to push down that tab and pull out on the harness. We'll just fast-forward as Don removes those three nuts. Once those are removed, the mirror pulls right off.
On the left, is the new one from 1AAuto, on the right is the old one. You can see they're identical and will mount exactly the same. You can see, here, that the back of the side mirror actually comes off. You can spray paint this to match or go to a parts store with a paint department and have them match the paint for your vehicle and spray-paint it with the exact paint, or you can just remove the back of your old side mirror if it's still intact. You just stick a screwdriver in that slot, pry out, and then pry it around the edge here. It comes off and you can actually just snap that onto your new mirror from 1A Auto. Now it matches. You line it up on your car, push it into place and start off by replacing the nuts, carefully by hand. Once you have them on there hand-tight, then just tighten them up with your socket and ratchet or your wrench. Reconnect your harness, put that triangular panel back on and you're all set.
We hope this video helps you out. Brought to you by www.1AAuto.com, your source for quality replacement parts and the best service on the Internet. Please feel free to call us toll-free, 888-844-3393. We're the company that's here for you on the Internet and in person.

This mirror was so reasonably priced and my son was able to install it in just minutes. I had a previous mirror professionally installed, and it cost me $300. Thank you for making this such a reasonable alternative.
Perfect fit

Was very pleased with the quality, fit and finish of this aftermarket product for my Nissan. I purchased this used car for my college bound son and the mirror had to be replaced. The product was as advertised and shipped with adequate packaging. The youtube do it yourself instructional helped immensely. Will buy again from you guys.
Great service and price for a decent product

This is a very inexpensive replacement passenger mirror. The fit is good but not great. The corners of the triangle don't all sit flush on the door but the seal seems to be good and the fit isn't really noticeable. The mirror is slightly more convex than the original.
I've had to replace this mirror before and spent a considerable amount at the garage to replace. This replacement was perfect for me as I needed it fast. Great shipping and updates. Would recommend if looking for an inexpensive replacement.
Fits kind of

The YouTube video was extremely useful and I was able to install it pretty quickly. As some reviews have stated, the top corner of the triangle does not sit flush against the vehicle. Its a small gap and not that noticeable but if youre a perfectionist like myself it may be bothersome. Everything else fit and the power feature works.

Mounting hardware is not included. The studs will be included but you are required to use the existing mounting nuts.

I want to say it comes with the three nuts needed. But I'll admit it has been over a year since I bought them and installed them.
