You can purchase this wiper arm puller from 1AAuto.com. You can place it over the back side of a stuck wiper arm and then you can thread down the bolt using a 3/4" wrench and it will pull the wiper arm evenly off of the stud.

This is the first time that I purchased from this company. The items were shipped promptly and arrived quickly. They also have excellent customer service. The tool that I received however was worthless. It was very difficult to align to stem. When I finally aligned it and started to tighten it the black handle started to slip and finally broke off. So did the pin at the bottom of the tool that came in contact with the stem. I used a plier since I no longer have a handle to tighten it but this time one of the base prongs got bent then broke off. All this was in a matter of a few minutes. The customer service was excellent however. The person I talked to offered me a refund and apologized for the inconvenience.

I accidentally broke the wiper arm to my 2010 Mini cooper trying to get the blade off. And have been searching for a way to get it off to replace it. Finally came across this, and it didn't even come close to fitting. Even with the washer they demonstrated in their video. I'm given 3 stars because they issued me a full refund.
The description of this tool said it would remove the wiper blade arms on my 2007 Chevy Silverado. It will not extend far enough to clamp over the arm so this is a useless tool for me. Not worth the cost to send it back.
Although it said this wiper arm removal would fit my car, the opening was about 1/4 inch too small to fit over the arm. After reviewing, I saw several other applications where it was too small and was tossed aside. I will be returning part for a refund. Why couldn't they make it a little bit bigger and actually be useable.
