Only place I could find that sales both as a kit. Mechanic recommended both change at same time with same brand, 1aauto come in for the win with all I needed. Included the gasket around plug.

These shift solenoids are a great deal. Easy to change. Transmission shifts great again.
These fixed the problem in my wife's 2004 Isuzu Ascender with the 4.2 engine. The vehicle had not been shifting gears properly for a few months and was getting worse. I finally was off work long enough to fix it. The solenoids went in no problem. At first after fixing and refilling it was shifting worse. I was like Oh no. Then I read about how you had to reset the transmission to learn mode. I did it by the brake method. It worked. You can also unhook negative battery cable for 30 minutes. After doing this drive normally for half an hour or so and it relearns how to shift. I did a few trips I had to do running into stores etc. Went up and down hills. It is smooth as can be now. Also to figure out if you have a deep pan or shallow pan is easy. If it's flat across the bottom it's a shallow pan. If it has a part that gets lower at the end it's a deep pan. My wife's car is the deep pan. You can look under the car and tell easily. You need the right filter and gasket when you change this.
I have a 2010 chevy colorado with the 4L60E. Shifting was really rough. I swapped both solenoids and now it shifts really smooth. No particular order on which one goes where. The video provided from A1 was very helpful and straight to the point. For anyone having shifting issues I would recommend dropping the pan, new filter and these 2 solenoids.

When I replaced mine they were plug and play transmission started shifting back to normal still working no problems with solenoids
The transmission will need some work the solenoid only helps with the shifting in my instance the solenoid was preventing transmission from shifting through all the gears it illuminated the check engine light saying the shift solenoids were bad
Inside the transmission replace them all.
