My son drives me to shopping and medical appointments, so I bought this replacement door handle for his old Tundra. Now he doesn't have to run around to my side to let me out. He had it installed in no time and was very pleased.

Exact fit and easy to swap out after watching the video.
I loved the instructional video, easy to follow each step, and still concise. The quality of the part was disappointing. After I had it installed into the door and all hooked up, I decided to try the mechanism before I closed it up. Boy was I glad I did. The door handle worked fine, but the locking mechanism wouldn't rotate fully, I had to remove it, and upon inspection I saw it wobbling on the axis pin and the play made it hit its frame preventing it from rotating fully. I had to use a dremel tool to cut away some of the lock to allow it to rotate. My 18 year old original latch had less play than the new one! It works okay now but I have to wonder how long it will last.
Watched the 1A video and installed the door handle without a hitch. Well, not exactly, a couple of times I had to rewatch portions of the video. All worked out well. Door handle working great.
It broke, I went online and ordered the part, 2-3 days later I replaced it. Less than $30.00. If you dont see what youre looking for, call and ask.
This part was necessary on a 16-year-old Toyota Tundra because the person getting out wrenched open the door and broke the handle. It fit perfectly and your video on YouTube was a clear and extremely helpful overview of how to take out and put back the side door panel to get at the lock/handle. Took about 15 - 20 minutes. Exactly the right color, too! Thanks for your professionalism.
