Replacing struts used to require specialized tools to compress, remove, and transfer the old spring and mount. Our Pre-assembled, complete strut & spring assemblies come with all new parts and make the job much quicker and easier for the do-it-yourself mechanic.

Ordered the kit and received in two days. All parts fit well and had no issues.
all parts fit great, after I rip off the rust made all look new. Great speed with the parts too. just can't say a bad thing.
Very bad product. Ball joints didnt last 6 months and the shock/struts were maxed out just with the weight of the truck had to buy different parts.
Ordered this set in December for my 1999 Toyota Tacoma. No lift on my truck and after replacing parts the front end was lower than before, so I put the old struts back on and then, ball joints only lasted 3 months before snapping (both sides) luckily I was pulling into my yard when this happened. Will never order from this site again.
This kit was ordered for my 1996 Tacoma that has 325000 miles. I thought it was time to do some front end work.. As, a farm truck it doesn't see the highway as much as used to, but still dry 60 miles a day on the road. the kit made a big difference in the way the truck handles on the road as well as of road. Would recommend this kit from 1A Auto to anyone. Fast and easy ordering and even faster delivery.
I ordered these struts for my 2003 Toyota Tacoma Pre-runner SR5 TRD. No lift or any other modifications besides leveling spacers in the front. After installation the front end sits lower than before and the tires are eating the inside of the fender wells. The front end feels sloppy with less travel and has "bump steering" now.
Should come with shock mounting bolt since this kit comes with shocks having hard time finding replacement bolts and nuts. kind sucks
