I believe the rotors are the same between the S13WE and the 13WL castings, but the pads are different. So no. I bought these for a 13WL casting and they work wonderfully.
Ok I have to change my answer slotted rotors do have left and right and if the slot points upward it's on the right side for vehicle. My apologies I do not use slotted rotors.
