TRQ brake pads are positive molded, thermal scorched, chamfered, and utilize a multi-layer shim for enhanced performance and service life. TRQ rotors have a non-directional finish that reduces the break-in period for new rotors as well as reducing vibrations throughout the rotor’s lifecycle. Incorrect order, but still friendly and helpful
I ordered a brake kit that ended up being incorrect. It was frustrating as I had given the correct information on my car so that I could received the proper order. However, they gave me a full refund and apologized profusely. They also said that I didn't have to take the time and effort to send it back. Wrong part or not, I will still continue to order due to the great prices and helpful and friendly staff.
