2000 Toyota MR2 Spyder L4 1.8L Upper Intake Manifold TRQ IMA08040

2003 Toyota Corolla, had to modify to make it fit. Is a non original equipment fit, is a multiple vehicle fit. Had to remove the bracket from lower intake to throttle body, upper small bracket removal from driver upper bolt intake ,removal of the upper intake hex bolt 5mm and utilize lower base which the original bolts didn't fit. It required smaller length by 1/2" , because the screws won't go through like the original intake. And add a cover to vacuum nipple which isn't on the original intake.

Good fit, looks great, not difficult to install once you watch the videos, very satisfied.

Worked fine for my 2007 Corolla. Only complaint for my car was that the throttle body mount required me going to Home Depot to buy 2 M6x1.0 machined bolts that were 2 inches long because of the nature of the throttle body in my car. 2 out of the 4 bolts required to hold it to the manifold come out like any other bolt but in the original manifold; the other 2 bolts are injection molded into the manifold. Because of that, you'll be missing 2 bolts when installing this manifold due to the mounting point being all female ends for bolts and not having any injected bolts. Other than the required purchase of 2 bolts it fit fine.

It looks the same just a little different put on car and it won't run can't figure why put the old one back on runs fine.going to try putting back on then I will repost results.
