The water pump broke on me first attempt on driving around the block and the gasket is made out of some material that shouldn't be made out of. It broke down on with the coolant the gasket like some cardboard, rubber substance on there, it should be metal completely I bought this and now I have to take it off and buy a whole new part from a whole new company

I have to give credit to the customer service department! There was a minor issue with the part I ordered and, when I contacted them and described the issue, they immediately sent a replacement part for no extra cost! Way to back your return/replacement policy!
The water pump I received was exactly the same as the original, the gasket was the same , it went on seamlessly and there was zero issues after the install was complete. Its been on the truck for 7 months and over 4000 miles with no issues
