Fans assembly fixed my issues.
Installation was relatively easy. Toyota only sells the motors so I would have had to remove the fan motors and replace just those at twice the cost. I figured I may as well just get the entire assembly which saves some installation time. Connectors fit perfectly, not problems there. Besides the original Toyota fan motors both failed, so i did not see that the original Toyota parts had some kind of reliability improvement over these. Replacement fans worked fine and now the engine and AC are working much better. AC is cooling and engine not as hot.
