Outstanding product!
Correct part, easy installation
I'm giving the set I received 1 star but basing it solely on my experience with this particular set. Per my mechanic, the drums were so far out of tolerance that they were not fixable. The problem was that when I hit the brakes, it was as if I was driving on the rumble strips they put on the aprons of the roadways. I called 1A Auto and spoke to the nicest customer service rep. She issued a full refund as the drums were in the 30-day guarantee period. Excellent customer service. She helped make a bad experience a better one. I think perhaps I just got a bad set. However, a bad set of drums will not deter me from buying from 1A Auto in the future. I bought the TRD front rotors and pads in the same order and they are fine. Plus, originally, when UPS delivered them, the box was completely destroyed, and 1 rotor was missing. I contacted 1A Auto and they shipped out an entire new set that I received in just 2 days. Now THAT is customer service.
Giving this a 5 star review simply because I have nothing bad to say about it. The drums came packaged appropriately, looked and felt solid and brand new, and matched the existing drums perfectly. The installation went as well as expected for a DIYer like me. I've had them on for about two months and have taken a road trip out of state pulling a pop-up trailer. No problems.
