I give it 2 stars only because they warrantied the first one that broke on install and sent me a new one right away. The customer service was good, but the part is poor quality. The replacement lasted for a few years, but the stud hole cracked on it too. I ended up replacing it with a Dorman.
The only reason it's not getting 0 or 1 star is because it came in on time, which is really thanks to the delivery service. I had to rent a Tap and Dye set to fix EVERY THREAD on the manifold (except for the heat shield threads). I then made sure that the studs and nuts would go all the way in and out by hand, and they did. While trying to line it up with the studs on the head, one of the corners where the far right stud goes through, had too much metal and would not go flush with the heads. After some grinding, it finally would fit onto the head studs. I bolted the down pipe to the manifold and was able to run the nuts all the way to the down pipe by hand and torqued them to 30 ft lbs. It then came to my attention I need to replace my downpipe. While trying to get remove the nuts from the studs, the studs came out of the manifold in the nut. After heating the nuts to get them off (after 4 days of being on, only driven twice) the nuts had completely F**KED the threads on the studs.

fit right on no problem,but the EGR gasket wasnt trimmed out and the heat shield was a little hard to put on once the manifold was installed. but other then that been running with the new manifold for a week and if feels good .
Was great, needed to grind down a corner for clearance but was expected.
Got this to replace a cracked manifold on my 99 tacoma. This fit perfect and came with everything I needed.
Had to grind down one corner because it was to long and hit the thermostat housing
