TRQ CV (constant velocity) drive axles are manufactured using premium raw materials designed to restore original performance. TRQ CV drive axles are new, so there is no core charge with your TRQ purchase. TRQ-designed drive axles utilize neoprene boots, moly grease, stainless steel clamps, and heat-treated ball tracks to ensure extended service life. Each TRQ axle is application-specific so each spline and thread will mate properly for a seamless fit. All products are fit and road-tested in our Massachusetts R&D facility to ensure we deliver on our promise of Trusted Reliable Quality.
CV axles are designed to transmit the power from your vehicle's drivetrain to the wheels while being able to flex and pivot to the demands of the steering and suspension systems. 2009 Outback. If you own a Subaru, you'll want to learn how to install these? it is THE way to SAVE $. Easy install. Heads up on one of the install videos? you don't have to take the axle castle nut off. You can slip it in without that step. Been on the car for at least 20k. Still running smooth. 1A Thank you!
it arrived quickly and i watched the video how to install, I've never done this before but heard that it's easy to work on a Subaru.(Subaru dealership wanted $1k for one cv replacement) Pretty easy to do if you have the right tools, works great.
Ordered the 2 pc CV Axle assembly for my Outback & had them installed at my. Local Shop, everything went well & it's performing well, every thing I've Ordered over the past 5 years from .1A has been quality parts & have been exactly as they should be & a good value.
Bought these to replace the front axles on my 2006 Subuaru Outback. They appeared to be good quality but the drivers side axle has made noise almost from the start. If I grab the shaft between the 2 joints there seems to be excessive play. As a comparison there is no play in the shaft on my wife's 2008 Subaru Outback. Would not buy again.
