2006 Subaru Impreza Front Driver & Passenger Side 2 Piece Severe Duty CV Axle Assembly Set DIY Solutions ADS00011

Not sure what happened. My cv axle pair were two different lengths when my Subaru uses them same for both sides. The first time I contacted 1A Auto, they were very helpful. In fact, I received a replacement in just a couple days. I couldn't believe how fast they had helped me out. Unfortunately, the replacement was a different length than first pair as well. Expecting their outstanding customer service again, I called them again to have them ship me another so I could have a matching pair. After waiting a couple weeks and a handful of phone calls and emails went by, it became clear that they were not going to be able to help me resolve my issue. I called them again to make a return but the rep told me to give them a bit more time. After giving them another chance, another week went by and I finally gave up. Was looking forward to making business with 1A Auto but their inability to handle a fitment issue made me look elsewhere.
