CV axles are designed to transmit the power from your vehicle's drivetrain to the wheels while being able to flex and pivot to the demands of the steering and suspension systems. I order the parts in couple days I got them
So I ordered and installed these almost exactly 2 years ago. They've been working great since then until this last weekend. Had one of the boots bust open and loose all of its grease and start to grind. I called customer service and in less than 5min of my time they said they had a replacement in the mail to be delivered next day. Not sure if you can expect these parts to last as long as OEM when they're 1/6 of the cost but with their customer service I'll gladly do some extra work to save some money!

After year and half the boots failed from highway driving. Until then no issues
I have had to replace each side two separate times as the CV boots rip within a year. I thought maybe the first time was a fluke, but then it happened again and then two more times. I dont rally off-road, just a regular daily driver. Save your time and just buy the expensive ones $$, I promise you it is worth it. The axle itself is fine, but the boots are the big problem.
Ordered CV axles for my 2017 Ram 1500. Parts arrived when they said they would. Correct parts for my vehicle. Inside the box was a link to watch an installation video from 1A Auto, which I had already watched, but was a nice touch. No problems installing the axels. Very satisfied with the whole process. I wouldn't hesitate to use A1 Auto for any future projects.
