These were direct fit with all the gaskets and even a pcv valve,great part
My 212 Murano was smoking burned oil when it first started up. The PCV valve was plugged which blew out the seals around the spark plugs. Took off the manifold and replaced the two valve covers, seals and PCV valve and fixed it. Runs like a champ now!
