Ordered with a Catalytic Converter Bank 2 repair on a 2011 Infiniti QX56. Great customer service over the phone in ordering the parts. Turned out that the downstream O2 sensor didn't need to be replaced. Again, great customer service over the phone with returning the item and having the item refunded.
