do you guys sell the adjusting sleeve for part PSA64854 because the old ones for this car don't fit.

Parts are a little different, but they fit well The adjusting sleeve should be added because the original one did not fit. I had to go to my local parts store and purchase them. Otherwise it worked out pretty well.
