Easy installation good price
bought rear shocks for my 2012 Altima. Service was great as usual, shipping fast, and simple to change. Problem comes in the cold of winter, shocks have a definite thump when hitting bumps in the road or railroad tracks. When really cold, there is a snap like they are hanging up and then releasing. First disappointing product from the many items I have bought from 1A .

The ride height will be higher than it currently is if you have the original struts as the originals have compressed over time. I replaced the front on mine and did not replace the rear springs. It was definitely noticeable the front of the car was sitting much higher than the back of the car when looking at the gap between the tire and fender. I wish I had replaced the rear springs at the same time to keep the ride quality even and improve the visual look of the car. New struts will feel much more stiff than the current struts but did start the break in after a few thousand miles.
