No there are no springs required for the rear
Hello, yes, the rear assembly parts are sold separately. You may also need to re-use or buy a new boot with bump stop, lower plate/washer that keeps everything in place, lower bushing, shock mounting, and upper bushing.
Rear springs will not be included with this assembly.
