Had a MAF code p0100 and car 1997 Sentra would run rich after idle stalling out. Removed the batt for 1 hour but code did not erase. Changed the part with the new one and ran worse. Removed the code with a scan tool and part worked fine. Have driven on and off for 3 days. No problems. Was recomended to also clean the throttle body and butterfly with a rag soaked in carb cleaner.
