I'm reaching out to express my disappointment with the valve covers I recently purchased. While the initial aesthetics were impressive, the functional quality is not up to par. Thread Inconsistency: The passenger side was tapped for M8 bolts, while the driver side was M6. Having mismatched threads on a pair of covers is a major manufacturing oversight. Internal Safety: Using screws to hold internal dividers above the cams/valve buckets is a massive risk. Can you confirm if thread locker is used at the factory? Paint Failure: Despite a clean install, the paint is already curling after just a few heat cycles. For the price paid, I didn't expect to have to Helicoil my own parts or worry about engine-killing debris. How do you intend to make this right?
