Will this fit my 95 Geo Tracker?

These mud flaps are only compatible with 1995 Geo Tracker models equipped with 4 Wheel Drive.

so my 1992 Z24 cavalier didn't come equipped these, would it be possible to attach to my vehicle?

Yes you should be able to install these, but you will need additional mounting hardware that we do not carry.
