First off, the delivery came sooner than I expected, which was a very pleasant surprise. But then, the 2 items were packaged in a single box. That wouldn't normally be a complaint except that the weight of it made it difficult to handle which was my experience and the delivery people as well, evidenced by the cardboard supports in the packaging being crushed and the strut sloshed around inside its box. A close examination revealed no apparent damage and I was confident to continue with the installation. The parts went together perfectly with no problem to speak of. I am completely satisfied with my purchase. I intend to do more business with 1A Auto.
