got the part shipped to me looked to be ok, but when I tried to put the part on first the plug the sensor did not fit so had to start shaving off from the plug itself to make it fit, original part looked a lot thicker than the one that I got from 1A, later at the day the thermostat just started leaking and the check engine never went away. Will not buy again
The cost was competitive, arrived as promised. I installed it with direction from video, car is performing great.
The thermostat does its job. It is not as heavy and the metal is not as thick as the original but it does the job. Pros: it works. Cons: The thermostat sensor clip/retainer has a notch to lock it in place and it broke in my hand when installing. I did not apply much pressure either. If I didn't have travel plans I would have requested a new one. Truth: I purchased one of the least expensive of the options so I can not complain much. Truth: I drove 1000 miles straight after install through a few states and had no issue. The thermostat sensor held in place regardless.

This part is made the withhold whatever the engine is producing. However this part controls the temperature of the motor, so it wouldnt overheat. This part opens at 90 degrees F allowing the circulation of the coolant, so motor wouldnt overheat. Thanks
