Service was excellent, part arrived ahead of date promised- very happy
It was a great price. I bought a used one that was fifty dollars and it broke right away. Bought this one for less and works great. Easy to put in and I am happy.
First one came apart in my hands before going on the car. 1A was great about shipping a replacement. Second one went on the car, window went up and down three times and then the cable came undone. Ended up buying a German manufactured regulator. It's in the car and working well.
The product did not work as expected and contacted customer service and they were quick to respond with a solution to the lifetime warranty.
The part was delivered on time. It was by far lower cost than buying it from MB dealer. The nice thing was it is a substitute part to the original part with some improvements that made alignment easier and did not require riveter
