First time ordering. Front lower and upper control arms. Very helpful making sure I had correct part numbers for my car. Arrived on time and fit perfect on 2007 C230 Sport M.Benz. installed myself and Car drives like new. Thanks.

2004 Mercedes Benz CLK 500
Very good fit. Its exactly what I needed, but the packaging was terrible. The box was torn, the items were falling out of the box, and it had poor padding to protect it. The UPS store said to me: "that's how we received it."

Good customer service bad parts
I purchased lower control arms for my Mercedes-Benz off here, a set of four. I took them to ricart automotive which is the biggest east coast ford dealership to have them installed. My buddy is a master mechanic and has done number of jobs for me, the parts wouldn't fit in as described. Customer service and support was great but not the parts. Had to send them back.

Faulty equipment
I bought 4 control arms but one of them had a malfunctioned ball joint. I installed it on the vehicle bit then when
I started to tighten down the bolt on the ball joint, the bolt sticking out of the ball joint kept spinning with the bolt. It took me an hour to get it off. I had to go up to the parts store and pay $100 for the part because I needed my car the next day. I could not finish the entire job and I still have to install the upper this coming weekend. I'm hoping everything goes a lot better then the lower control arm.
