It's same as in the picture and fits perfectly. So far no complain
2009 Mazda 3 used to shake pretty bad on acceleration. When redoing suspension noticed the CV axle boot was busted on the driver side and grease flung out. Replaced with this and drives straight as an arrow and no shake when flooring it. Super easy removal and installation with a slide hammer and rubber mallet.
