Part arrived faster than expected, the overall quality appears to be solid. However, the original design flaw that causes these to fail has not been corrected. The metal pawl that transfers the handle motion to the latch rod is held by two plastic eyes that are not very solid. I expect this one to fail like the last one, but fingers crossed it will last longer than I own the car.

Fits fine, seems like a stronger spring so requires a bit more effort to open. One problem I ran into was that my painter's tape to hold the window up didn't hold, so it came down and the regulator went "boing" and the mechanism didn't have the same easy way to re-track like your video on that mentioned, so might need to zip tie it like the new one I bought from AutoZone. I then cut the zip tie when I was ready to re-install the motor.
