I was disappointed because the alternater was not compatible with my 2016 grand jeep Cherokee sometimes after market parts are not and they were nice enough to replace the first one but again it was not compatible and they are giving me a refund which they have a great customer team and they are very nice and understanding

I replaced my old alternator on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited that had been sitting in my driveway for some months after changing the battery and it has worked perfectly since I swapped the alternator!
