TRQ recommends replacing brake pads when you replace rotors to ensure even wear and improved component performance. Hi. I have been 1A Auto customer for sometime 6, 7 year's. I would to say why I, do business with them, very simple. Whenever I call for any need I might have. Fir my car's part. They're always, always, Friendly. I love how they answer my phone calls. Very friendly and very respectful. Just a few day's ago I called them up for my jeep commander break rotors. The lady in customer service was super nice. She say to me good afternoon my name is..# how may I help you.? That right away I felted like a " ??KING" She was able to locate the parts I was looking for. She took the time to find me a better deal. !! I really like it when someone in customer service go the " EXTRA MILE " For me. She did so. She explained everything about the parts and told me when I was getting my part's.
