Perfect fit.
To start with the o ring was a flat washer instead of a o ring. Had to use the old one. After installing, Guage on dash worked fine for about two hours now reads empty. Float sunk to bottom. Have to remove tank again. Not happy.

Overall seems to be a quality unit. No modifications needed and ohms from E to F dead on. Would recommend purchasing.
