Great service. The staff always makes sure a person is taken care of. Orders shipped quick which is impressive and pleasing. Chain parts stores prices can't compare and that's their loss because I'll choose 1a every time.
Although the wait to get someone on the phone could've been more reasonable, overall I must admit I was satisfied with the way everything went.
