It was really easy to install. You don't have to disassemble the entire motor in the trunk to replace this. It essentially unscrews and a belt is fed into the motor. A+

A good replacement for the original Jag unit. The unit is a perfect fit for my 1999 XJR, it operates smoothly and is very quiet. Radio reception Is fine. There are numerous Utube videos to aid with removal of the old unit and installation of this.
