IMA07930
Does not come with captured bolts. The bolt on the bottom that holds the PCM bracket is self tapping. The intake is not insulated like the original, so it's not as heavy. It seems to be well built. Only time will tell. Overall I think 1A Auto provides great products at a fair price. Very happy doing business with them.
Only issue was had to set a couple or spacers that weren't set properly. Otherwise works great
Decided to do a complete overhaul of the top part of the Straight Six engine on my 2002 Trailblazer. The intake was no brainer to replace. After over 20 years of service of a non metal intake, even with a visual of being in good shape, time and stress takes its toll. The engineers at GM obviously do not work on their vehicle that they design or they would not put the last bolt closes to the firewall as a BLIND REMOVAL. Be patient and take your time. This is a process to remove and reinstall but very much a DIY project. The 1A Auto YOUTUBE videos are a great resource. Wanted to upload my videos but unable. The vehicle runs wonderful with energized life. The 4.2 straight six is one of GM's best motors. Wish they would had stayed with the straight six design instead of 4 Bangers. Nevertheless, If you are wanting your Trailblazer to have new life, replace the intake. You will feel and hear the difference.
The intake manifold fit perfectly. It didn't require the rubber hose as the original OEM. The help install Video was a good source for the removal and installation ??

Yes, you are able to remove the bolts.
O2 sensor does not connect to the intake manifold.
