Got it installed. It blows strong and much quieter than factory, however my highest fan speed setting doesn't blow, but I replaced the resistors and checked fuses and relays and see nothing odd in the wiring or connectors, but there is no voltage on high blower setting, so I can't give a review on the most powerful setting. All other settings 3 to 1 work fine and blow quiet, you can't hear it inside the cabin with engine off.

Works perfectly. After watching the video, it took exactly 22 minutes to install, and I know little about mechanics. Took about 15 minutes pre-assembly time to find the correct wrenches and a pry bar. installation was very smooth except for having to work the new piece around a welded post that holds the antifreeze reservoir in place. Couldn't have been better, and my heater/AC is working quietly now.
Got the part I ordered in three business days, the part fit perfectly and the problem is fixed. Thank You A-1 !!!
