So far so good working fine for now install was easy with this one
Arrived on time and bolted right in. Things started working right away and, as a bonus, the noise in the blower fan went away too.

Perfect fit
this piece did not work, in fact, it worked completely backward from the factory's original part. Get AC Delco. Don't mess with this junk. They sent me two of them both of which did not work. Finally they refunded my money and told me to keep the items.
This work but the cold one the controller is hot and vice versa.
I replaced the original actuator. After reconnecting battery, it cycled between the limits as expected for calibration and never moved again. Stuck on cold. 1A Auto kindly replaced the part free of charge and same thing happened. I found this on Sparkys.com and wonder if it could be the issue. "Something else you need to know. If you buy a new actuator make sure the part numbers match. At the time of this writing the aftermarket (non dealer) application books are incorrect. You have to buy an actuator for the passenger side to get the correct actuator for the drivers side. Crazy but true. I cannot think of the number of actuators I have changed that have already been replaced by others. If you install the wrong actuator, it will rotate to a full stop and never move again." Please let me know if this is still a possible issue for that part.I put 3 stars because I don't know if it is the parts fault or mine .

Bought this to fix a "no heat in rear" issue with my suburban. Swapped it and definitely works great now. 1A has failed to disappoint yet. They're adorable, fast shipping and best of all actually have quality parts.
Derrick, I used this particular actuator for the blend door to the right of the center console, after removing the plastic cover under the glovebox. There is a notched knob that extends down and there is one only one way that it will fit into the rotating piece on the actuator; just fit to the knob and rotate the unit to fit the attachment points/screws. Hope this helps!
There are actually a couple of temperature blend door actuators on your vehicle. They are typically mounted toward the center of the dash. Your local dealer would be able to identify which actuator is which. Thanks!
