Flat Blade Screwdriver
Pocket Screwdriver
What's up, guys? I'm Andy from 1A Auto. In this video I'm going to show you how to replace the plate light assembly on this 2010 Toyota Rav4. If you need parts for your vehicle, click the link in the description and head over to 1aauto.com.
So to get this plate light assembly out, I'm just going to use a straight blade screwdriver. I'm going to need two screwdrivers. I'll use a pocket screwdriver and a straight blade screwdriver. So there's a little lever right here. This is the lock, and then you can take the other screwdriver and pull it up.
Now just twist this to the left, the socket, and slide it out. There's the lens assembly. I'll take the socket, line it up with the lamp, lock it in place. Now we're going to slide this part in first and lock that in place.
