How to diagnose a vehicle that does not have heat.

step 1 :Diagnosing the Heating Issue
- Wait for the engine to cool
- Remove the coolant reservoir cap
- Check the coolant level and top off the coolant if needed
- Check the heater pipes entering the firewall
- If the heater pipes are cold, the water pump could be malfunctioning or the heater core could be plugged
- Let the engine run for 10-15 minutes
- If the temp doesn't reach near 210 degrees, the issue could be the thermostat or coolant fan
- Turn the blower to the max setting
- Open the vents and test the air flow, alternating between heat and a/c
