Wrong Part
Either the part was mispackaged or simply not the correct part for the car. 2010 Honda Civic EX 2door. Here I am with the car disassembled, ready to put the new parts in but they didn't fit. Had to go to a local parts store to buy the right parts and then later return the wrong part. Just what you don't want to have to do in the middle of the job.
As good as 1AAuto is, they do make mistakes.
