Alternator was perfect. Shipped quickly, nicely packaged and works without issue.
It looks and fits like the original. I hope it lasts as long, 205,000 miles. I probably could have gotten by with a new brush set for the original alternator, about $15, but this alternator is all new and at a really good price. I really like 1A's repair videos. I watched the one for replacing this alternator. I think it really needs a note added to it though. In the video the technician removes the radiator fan assembly. It's a replacement assembly in the video and on the stock fan assembly from the factory there is a wire and connectors attached to the bottom of the fan assembly in two places, not visible from above. If you just try to pull the assembly out the top without disconnecting this wire you can damage it. It appears to go to the AC compressor. It would be really bad to damage the AC compressor while replacing the alternator.
I was very happy with my purchase, !A-Auto shipped the alternator fast to me and the Honda Dealership installed it. I saved about $ 500 buying the part from 1A-Auto than buying it from the dealership.

Fit perfectly and is working great
excellent product. fit my 2005 acura txs perfectly. charges batt superbly. only needed to remove one of the radiator fan assemblies in front of the altetnator. if any stiff metal hoses are slightly blocking bolts on alternator then carefully and slightly bend them alittle to the side. after that its piece a cake. fan belt tensioner use long handled rachet to hold tension off while you easily loop belt off or on..very easy job. dealer wanted more than $800 for same alternator...wow??
