5 stars baby installed it yesterday morning had no issues with the check engine light and I intentionally installed it due to leaking oil coming from the old solenoid had really bad oil corrosion caked with oil corrosion so I kind of figured and I googled it and they said that's one of the things that could closet to leak so I changed it when I checked out old solenoid, looked like oil was trying to pass through the O ring gasket on the old so annoyed so I knew that it was a bad so annoyed seal gasket so it took me an hour and a half to install the new solenoid because of my dumb dumb self and I watched the video for this part and got me done quicker than I could blink. It was leaking more oil than the water seal and pool pump so replaced it no more leaks so far oh no an awesome part. Awesome fit thanks again guys at 1A Auto you guys are awesome.and highly recommended for this part and in the future I will buy again!the only problem I had was the packaging it was delivered in a envelop

Don't buy this, it's garbage. Installed on my 2009 Accord 2.4 4cylinder. The old part wasn't failing, I just thought it was due for replacement. One day after installation, I was driving back home when the check engine light came on. It threw a P0011 Code. Luckily I was close to home when it happened. Googled the code, advanced timing issue essentially. At first I freaked out, because these cars have a number of timing defects, it could be anything. But then I settled down and decided to reinstall the old solenoid, because that was the only thing that had changed on the car. I cleared the code and took for a test run. 10 miles later, NO CODE. This part threw the code in my car, therefore it is garbage. DO NOT PURCHASE!
